AFP is proud to be partnered with the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and its Work Smart Online program. This workshop was originally designed to help address the gender wage gap and give women the skills and strategies to negotiate equal pay.
According to the Impact of Gender on Fundraising Salaries survey (2014-2018), women in fundraising report salaries that are 10% lower than their male counterparts – a striking figure since 70% of fundraising professionals are women. Through this special partnership, all AFP members can now participate in this workshop, available here.
