Syntax Strategic

Syntax Strategic has built a culture where community leadership is part of doing business. Guided by the belief that successful businesses strengthen the communities they serve, Syntax embeds philanthropy into its leadership, employee experience, and decision-making. Since January 2025, Syntax has contributed more than $120,000 in donations and sponsorships supporting 20+ local organizations, announced a $100,000 commitment to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation, and established a five-year $50,000 scholarship with Algonquin College to support BIPOC students entering the communications profession. Employees receive two paid volunteer days each year to support causes they care about, while the leadership team models community service through volunteer board leadership, fundraising, mentorship, and advocacy. Syntax demonstrates that business success and community impact can grow together.
