The time is now! There has never been a more important time to combine analytics and stewardship.  While this is a time of uncertainty, we know that the science of fundraising is solid. Using key metrics and overlaying strong stewardship is the proven formula to build donor engagement during trying times.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, we have your back! We break it down step by step for you. As the saying goes “You cannot manage what you cannot measure.”

Prior to the COVID-19 crisis, did you know donor attrition is at all-time high? We need to create deeper relationships with the donors who already donate to our organizations. This is more important now more than ever!

Second gift conversion, or donors who give once and never give again, is at a low of 40% and sometimes lower.  Meaning for every 10 donors who give to you – only 4 or less continue to be engaged with your organization. Let’s look at ways we can engage more donors!

We will also walk through over 25 stewardship ideas to help to engage more donors! Using these stewardship ideas with metrics from your donor database allows you to ‘fish in your own pond’ for donors who may have a higher capacity, or are prospects for monthly giving or planned giving.

You will learn what metrics you need to be measuring, top stewardship ideas and many other ideas on how to engage more donors!
