Kelly Stewart-Belisle

Kelly Stewart-Belisle is the driving force behind the Ladies Who Christmas Hamper Initiative, a community-led effort that has helped thousands of single-mother families and elderly women experience the joy and dignity of the holiday season.

Through her exceptional leadership, Kelly has coordinated every aspect of the program, from fundraising and volunteer recruitment to delivery logistics and recipient selection in partnership with the Caring and Sharing Exchange Program and its Christmas Exchange Program. By building strong community partnerships and inspiring others to give their time, resources, and support, she has created a sustainable initiative that delivers hundreds of food hampers annually.

Kelly’s compassion, vision, and ability to mobilize others have strengthened charitable work across our community and fostered a lasting culture of generosity, kindness, and community.
