Daughters of Penelope, Euphrosyne Chapter 292

Since their first volunteer shift in April 2015, the Daughters of Penelope, Euphrosyne Chapter 292, have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to supporting Ottawa’s most vulnerable residents. Through dedicated volunteer service, generous philanthropy, and unwavering community leadership, they have become valued partners of the Ottawa Food Bank. Their contributions help strengthen a network that recorded more than 588,000 visits for food assistance, benefiting thousands of families, including children and youth who represent 37% of food bank users. Beyond financial support, their commitment reflects a deep compassion for community well-being. Donations to the Ottawa Food Bank and the Baby Basics program have helped provide essential food, diapers, and infant formula, offering practical relief, dignity, and hope to individuals and families facing hardship.
